DESCRIPTION:The 4th annual T-cell Lymphoma Forum is a 2½-day meeting 
 focusing on the latest information on novel agents and treatment appro
 aches. The Forum, cochaired by Francine M. Foss, MD, and Kensei Tobina
 i, MD, PhD, will provide a platform for discussion about the classific
 ation, epidemiology, prognosis, and pathogenesis of several T-cell lym
 phoma subtypes. Drs Foss and Tobinai have developed a very comprehensi
 ve program intended to examine the differences in the presentation of 
 the diseases and describe the clinical outcomes of treatment strategie
 s, with an emphasis on novel and innovative treatment approaches. Atte
 ndees will have the opportunity to interact with T-cell lymphoma exper
 ts from all over the world. Plan to join our distinguished internation
 al faculty for this informative program. This meeting is intended for 
 hematologists, oncologists, and other clinicians and scientists with a
 n interest in T-cell lymphoma. We look forward to that having you part
 icipate in what we anticipate will be a very stimulating program. Call
  for Abstracts: All meeting attendees are invited to submit abstracts 
 for poster consideration by the TCLF Scientific Committee. Select abst
 racts will be chosen for oral presentation. Authors must be registered
  for the meeting to have their abstracts considered for oral presentat
 ion and/or poster display. All submissions accepted for oral presentat
 ion must also create a poster for display. All accepted abstracts will
  be published in the program book. The deadline for abstract submissio
 n is October 17, 2011. Abstracts should be sent via email to abstracts
