28 years male complaining of skin lesion for 2 years acording to patient at first it appeared as 2 erythematous papules on RLQ and by time new lesion appeared and became edematous
by inspection as you see there are few bulish to violaceous grouped papuls and nodules along with dilated venus and edema of affected area what is your diagnosis
by palpation the skin is soft in spongy and the nodules are rubbery ?

and plz if u have a histopathology image it will be easier way to find the diagnosis
