More About Me: Hi there! I'm a Board-certified Dermatologist whose passion is nutricosmeceuticals and holistic dermatology.
I wrote the 400 pg holistic derm reference "Smart Medicine for Your Skin", which Penguin Putnam published in 2001. The text is now available for instant download at www.drjacknin.com.
I've also contributed to a range of articles published in high-profile magazines and papers, including The New York Times, Alternative Medicine, Body and Soul, Better Homes and Gardens, Reader’s Digest, Men’s Health, Natural Health, and Shape. I am a regular contributor to In Cosmeceuticals, Natural Solutions, Carefair.com and AZSpaGirls.com, and have been featured on radio programs such as Health Talk, The Deborah Ray Show and the Wealth of Health Nutrition Hour. I was recently in nationally-distributed news segment on essential oils and their uses in skin care. I presented at Supply Side West’s 2008 industry trade show, “This Year’s 12 Best Natural Ingredients for Anti-aging cosmeceuticals”, hosted in Las Vegas. I'm happy to say I've also been invited to present at the World Anti-Aging Conference in Monaco in March 2009, and will present at the 2009 Health and Beauty Association in New York City.
