The Masterminds Responsible for Glowing Celebrity Skin

It takes a lot of work to look good in Hollywood, and the rich and famous rely on estheticians, dermatologists, makeup artists, and physician assistants so they can always be camera-ready. Here are a few celebrities’ go-to skin care experts and their tactics for helping their clients maintain effortless and youthful looking skin.

Dayle Breault for Zoë Kravitz: Not just Zoë but her parents, Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, are long-time fans of Dayle Breault, an esthetician who also goes by Goddess of Skin, a name one of her clients gave her. Cara Delevingne and Marisa Tomei also turn to Dayle for her skin care services. Breault uses natural ingredients in her facial treatments that includes butters and essential oils. According to her website, each product is “infused with a healthy dose of Truth.”

Georgia Louise for Emma Stone: Louise boasts a two-year long wait list and will only schedule clients that follow her recommended regimen. She prescribes a layering protocol for her clients, and according to New York magazine, that could mean using up to 12 products on a daily basis. Stone has called Louise a “miracle worker,” and Jennifer Aniston, Katy Perry, and Christy Turlington also seek out her treatments.

Sir John Barnett for Beyoncé: Given the same Sir John at birth, the makeup artist with a near-royal roster of clients is known for his unique approach to skin cream application. “I like to use eye creams around the face. I also like to use face creams on the body,” he told New York magazine. “I approach the body from head to toe as if the whole body will be seen.” Aside from Queen Bey, Barnett also works with Chrissy Teigan, and model Joan Smalls among others.
