OPERATIVE TECHNIQUE:
The columellar incision was marked with a surgical marker. The nose was infiltrated with a total of 17 cc of 1% lidocaine with 1:100,000 Epinephrine. Using a 15 blade, bilateral marginal incisions connected to a transcolumellar broken line incision were made and the soft tissue (3+ mucoperichondrium) was then elevated off the lower lateral cartilages and nasal dorsum and saved.
